During this past legislative session, Washington legislators significantly defunded Transitional Kindergarten. Despite the cuts, we are hopeful that we will be able to offer at least one section of Transitional Kindergarten for the 2026-27 school year, and anticipate making firm decisions about the program within the next month. To help us move forward, we would like to gauge community interest and begin building a list of families who would like to participate if we are able to move forward with offering Transitional Kindergarten as an option.
